Greengauge 21 is a not-for-profit organisation which aims to research and develop the concept of a high speed rail network, and to promote its implementation as a national economic priority.

In August of 2009, they asked Jason to design and produce a brochure called Fast Forward — a high-speed rail strategy for Britain. The brochure lays out the conclusions from an extensive work programme funded by stakeholders in high-speed rail. This included regional development agencies, city councils, key rail industry organisations, passenger transport authorities and other regional agencies across Britain.

As well as the design and layout of the brochure, Jason also created all the accompanying graphics.

The document had a high profile launch and was distributed to a wide audience, including Government and MPs. The document was all very well received and has helped strengthen the case and position of Greengauge 21.
