In May 2009, with a portfolio of over 350 properties throughout the South West, Blue Chip Vacations required a compact ‘coffee table’ brochure was required that balanced quality, cost, usability, brand values and differentiated them from the competition.

Features included colour-coded sections to reflect the different regions, template-based entry approach, optimised information about each property, icons and symbols for popular amenities/facilities, carefully chosen and optimised images, fold-out map and pricing information.

This 2010 brochure was completed by the end of the summer of 2009.

Printed on FSC-certified uncoated stock in full (process) colour. 220 pages + 8-page cover. 35,000 run.

The portfolio now stands at over 650 properties. A rethink on paper weight and format is underway for the 2011 brochure.
