Coventry Interactive Wayfinding

Extract of mapping and 3D landmarks created for Coventry City interactive totems

Engaged by One Digital Solutions, Yellowfields developed existing and new cartography, along with 3D illustrations of key buildings, for use on interactive wayfinding totems in the city centre. The supplied large-scale mapping was re-styled and re-worked to be unique to Coventry. A smaller-scale map was also created, derived from the large-scale map that was used for other applications on the totems. A balance of detail and simplification level had to be found that worked well on 46-inch full-HD screens and the relatively coarse pixel density.
