Yellowfields was engaged by leading urbanists and wayfinding practitioners, City ID to assist in the Richmond and Twickenham pilot for Legible London. Based in Richmond, the aim was to carry out an evaluation of the Legible London wayfinding scheme to examine if it could be successfully applied in an outer London borough. The morphology and movement patterns of this outer-London borough threw up many issues that directly fed in to changes and additions to the existing Legible London guidelines. Production-ready artwork for all signs was produced.
