Jason’s core expertise and experience, spanning nearly four decades, is firmly rooted in cartography, but includes spans graphic design and wayfinding — a transdisciplinary practice he collectively describes as ‘spatial information design’. Moreover, transport and ‘design for movement’ have been common work themes.
Predictably, maps are the most evident output of Jason’s practice. These take many forms, including topographical, topological, thematic, abstract or artistic.
Jason also provides: advice and consulting; design audits; design development; desktop-based research; project feasibility and analysis; workflow assessment services; and wayfinding consulting and strategy.
